Los Angeles, CA (September 24, 2024) - It is with great excitement that The Brigitte and Bobby Sherman Children’s Foundation (BBSCF), an organization committed to enhancing education, health, and recreation for Ghanaian children to thrive academically and creatively, announces the appointment of Shayla Tait as its new Director of Development. Ms. Tait will spearhead the fund development and communication efforts. Her appointment marks a significant milestone in the commitment to execute a long-term fundraising vision and strategic direction for the organization. In her capacity as Director of Development, Ms. Tait will help the BBSC Foundation create a road map for current and future growth and sustainability for the current students and the many generations following them.
Ms. Tait's extensive background in fundraising and development includes crafting bespoke and meaningful programs that build resources to augment organizations. Shayla holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), from the University of California at Santa Barbara, CA, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Howard University School of Law, Washington, D.C..
