No matter if you work part-time or full-time, are exempt or non-exempt, work in the program department or the IT department, if you’re new or if you’re the founder, etc. Your perspective matters AND ALL RESPONSES ARE ANONYMOUS!

Center for Nonprofit Management and Envision Consulting have teamed up to redesign the biennial Compensation & Benefits Report and take things to the next level. Through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion, the 2021 Equitable Nonprofit Workplace Report for Southern California (ENWR) will serve as the premier guide for innovating benefits and workplace practices that attract, retain and invest in the people who fuel social impact.

With two surveys, we will gain a clear view of recent employment practices and the nonprofit employee experience. We envision this report to be a catalyst in changing the way funders and partners value equitable employee compensation. Your support and participation is critical.
