Equitable Nonprofit Workplace

Equitable Nonprofit Workplace Report

Last Fall, Center for Nonprofit Management and Envision Consulting teamed up to redesign the biennial Compensation & Benefits Report through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion, thus creating the 2021 Equitable Nonprofit Workplace Report for Southern California (ENWR). Through individual survey responses, organizational survey responses, and focus groups, we collected, analyzed and confirmed insightful findings that will help nonprofit leaders innovate benefits and workplace practices that attract, retain and invest in the people who fuel social impact. We will launch our full report in September 2022!
