EXPLORATION

Two organizations ask Should We Partner? through a guided visioning process, preliminary due diligence, and negotiations. Board representatives support organizational leadership as Envision facilitates conversation, resulting in a terms sheet that legal teams finalize as a formal agreement.

PLANNING

With the Agreement in place, the Planning phase allows the organization to chart the way forward and prepare for the Implementation phase, including strategic communications, HR alignment, and funder approvals.

IMPLEMENTATION

The rubber meets the road in the Implementation phase, executing the plans made in prior phases with full approval of the two Boards as well as public agencies and contract holders. Staff is brought into the process and operations are combined as the two organizations move forward into the chosen partnership model.
