Los Angeles, CA, October 30, 2024 – St. Barnabas Senior Services is proud to announce the appointment of Carlos Porras as their new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Porras has spent the last 20 years supporting nonprofits in various finance roles and is sure to succeed as a member of the St. Barnabas team. "I’m thrilled for the opportunity to be joining the SBSS team and to contribute to the meaningful work they are doing to support our seniors and our communities,” Carlos said. “My thanks to Jes, Matt, and the entire Envision team for all of their support and guidance throughout the process!"

For over 100 years, St. Barnabas Senior Services has been serving economically vulnerable older adults in Los Angeles County. They offer a wide array of programs including weekly meals, group classes, social services, case management, transportation, tech education, family caregiver support, advocacy, and more.
