Los Angeles, CA – Envision Consulting, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit consulting firm, are proud to announce they are hosting a nonprofit Board Matchmaking Mixer on January 14, 2016 from 5pm – 8pm at Noor in Pasadena, CA.
The purpose of the mixer is to match community leaders with impactful organizations in hopes of helping nonprofits attain new Board members. Board members, new and seasoned, are able to bring their unique and individual skills and backgrounds to help an organization become even more successful.
“Nonprofit organizations are always looking for new Board members to bring a different perspective and/or skill that can benefit the organization, as well as the people it serves,” says Partner Matt Kamin.
Attendees and nonprofit organization leaders will be able to mix and mingle, and get to know each other better to see if they are a good fit for each other. Additionally, Envision Consulting offers Board Development services to ensure both the organization and Board member thrive after placement.
