To be sure, 2019 was a year of expansion for Envision Consulting. We expanded the scope of our work, more than doubling our organizations served, interviews conducted, and applications received. And as the work expanded, so did our staff as we brought on new team members (bringing our total to 10!) But perhaps our biggest expansion of 2019 was opening our office in New York City!
With all that expanding, it was particularly hard to narrow down our year-end highlights! But here is a sample of our work in 2019, building leaders and organizations that are making incredible contributions in their communities, coast-to-coast:

This is the core of why we do what we do. Our amazing clients fall under multiple sector types, impact many different populations, are at varied stages of growth, serve local and national communities and adopt a range of missions.

We know that talent is an organization’s biggest asset. And our talent is identifying the best people to serve your company. We do this, in part, by having applicants answer detailed essay questions that help us better determine who they are and what they’re looking for.

Our unique perspective as leadership gurus allows us to consider the best fits for both the organization and the individual applicant. We prioritize getting to know our top candidates through in-person interviews with not one, but two of our staff for at least one hour.

Our finely-tuned, data-driven process helps us give organizations not just what they want, but what they need. And this year alone, we helped companies fill more than 20 C-level positions with leaders who have vision and experience.

We know that finding the perfect fitting candidate can be as hard as finding the perfect fitting jeans. That’s why we offer an array of supported search options that take the heavy-lifting out of finding the perfect fit. Nearly 50 organizations this past year can attest to the success of our process!

We won't have everyone gather in a circle to sing "Kumbaya," but we will help you build a motivated team, learn critical fundraising skills, explore major issues and make clear, impactful decisions. And hey, if you want to sing in a circle, we’re okay with that, too.

Our New Year’s resolution was originally to eat less Peanut Butter M&M’s, but who are we kidding? That’s never going to happen. So, we decided to make it about continuing to expand our reach and our relationships in 2020. We hope that includes working with you!
