    When you need to diagnose issues or evaluate opportunities, our assessment provides the clarity to make decisions.

    Our three-step approach will help your staff and board better understand all facets of your organization and make informed decisions that will strengthen your capacity to advance your mission.

    We start by reviewing data and documents across key areas of your organization: governance, operations, programs, human resources, finance and fundraising. Then we gather input from your board, staff and other stakeholders. Using the insights and data we compiled and our knowledge of sector best practices, we provide a comprehensive and objective assessment of your organization.

    PLAN PLAN

    Based on our assessment, we make prioritized recommendations for how to address issues and seize opportunities. When we present our assessment and recommendations, we also facilitate a discussion to help you make decisions and take action.
