This service allows organizations to gain insights on their organization structure and candidate fit with the flexibility to create their own timeline, interview structure, at a significant cost savings. Placement consulting combines organizational assessments and candidate screening, but will not include recruiting of passive candidates, placement guarantees, offer negotiation, or our final interview presentation consulting.
