    It's exhausting at the top. 

    Being at the helm of an organization is a role with its own set of unique challenges and responsibilities.  Nonprofit leaders are constantly juggling and working to provide quality programs, ensuring that finances are sound, striving to build organization strong staff teams, and thinking about the long-term sustainability.  

    We know that when times are tough, our preferred go-to resources are the people we trust, so we're building this roundtable for you to connect with other executive leaders, so you can lean on each other and walk away refreshed and inspired. 

    The Executive Directors Leadership Circle is an intimate peer-to-peer program where Executive Directors can grow together, share ideas, and learn from each other in a confidential, supportive, and facilitated space. 

    Sessions are topic-driven and determined by circle participants to address issues in real-time.

    MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

    Opportunities to share job postings with members through email subscriptions and a peer forum to ask questions to the group for answers. Members will meet every other month on the third Thursday.

    MEMBERSHIP FEE

    Membership is $500 annually and includes access to all sessions. Final deadline to apply is December 15, 2019. We're currently seeking applicants for our 2020 cohort! Each cohort is limited to 18 executive leaders. APPLY TODAY
