CAUSECUPID LOS ANGELES

October 2, 2019 | 5:30-7:30pm

Envision Consulting, a Pasadena-based non-profit consulting and executive search firm, is excited to once again be hosting their nonprofit matchmaking event, CauseCupid, in Los Angeles. The event will be held on Wednesday, October 2nd from 5:30pm – 7:30pm in Culver City.

The unique mixer offers nonprofits and professionals looking for board service, the opportunity to meet and learn more about each other, exploring why they might be a good fit. The relaxed, informal environment allows participants to be themselves and paves the way for dialoguing that might not occur in the typical interview setting.

"At Datastream IT, our mission includes being an asset to the communities in which we operate," shared Louie Sadd, CEO of Datastream IT. "The board matchmaking accomplished by CauseCupid (Los Angeles) allows us to fulfill our mission, while meeting some incredible people and organizations along the way."

On average, CauseCupid mixers generate about one to three Board members for five nonprofit organizations.

Nonprofits who are in a growth mode, have Board members cycling out of their term, and have an annual operating budget of at least $500,000 are welcome to apply for participation. Professionals who are interested in serving on a Board should have the capacity to give and willingness to solicit family and friends for donations.

“While our company is expanding nationally, Los Angeles is our home,” says Envision founding partner, Allison Fuller. “We have deep, personal ties to so many nonprofits here, and giving these organizations and community professionals a forum to match their passion and capacities is a rewarding part of important the work we do.”

Event partners include: Armanino LLP, Bolton, Datastream IT & Expert Effect.
