A lifelong resident of Southern California, Josh has spent many years serving the homeless services sector; first as an elected member of his local Neighborhood Council, then as an organizing board member of the SELAH Homeless Services Coalition, and later as the head of Development for The People Concern, one of the largest service providers in Los Angeles County. His deep understanding of community-based work and commitment to equitable access to opportunity make him a powerful addition to the APCH leadership team.
