Board Matchmaking Mixer - Envision Consulting for NonprofitsLos Angeles, CA – Have you ever wanted to join a nonprofit Board or needed Board members, but didn’t know where to start? Envision Consulting, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit consulting firm, will host its second nonprofit Board Matchmaking Mixer sponsored by Bolton & Company and MissionWell, on Thursday, May 5 at Maggiano’s at The Grove from 5pm – 8pm.

Professionals who are interested in serving on a nonprofit Board will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with representatives from 25 organizations that are located specifically in West Los Angeles. Organizations range from animal welfare to social services, environmental to arts and culture, and healthcare to education, and more.

“Our first mixer in Pasadena was such a great success that we knew we had to dedicate another event to those interested in serving on the West side,” says Partner Matt Kamin.

The first Board matchmaking mixer, hosted in Pasadena in January, had more than 75 attendees and resulted in multiple nonprofit matches, to date. Potential Board members are leaders and experts in their industry who can offer a special skill set to help make a greater impact in the community. Established professionals from all industries, such as legal, financial, real estate, and marketing, are welcome.

Partner Allison Fuller adds, “We’re delighted that we can offer this pro bono service to nonprofit organizations and professionals alike to create impact in the Greater Los Angeles area.”

In addition to nonprofit Board development services, Envision Consulting offers consulting and executive recruiting services to ensure that organizations and Board members thrive after placement.
